Please be aware, the manufacturer must approve warranty issues. It is not up to Cracks & Racks to decide if the problem with a product is a manufacturer defect. Some warranty issues require us to either take pictures of the damaged part and/or perform a "Field Destroy" on the defected part to satisfy the warranty process.
