1.) The Kuat NV 2.0 ($629.00) and Kuat NV Base 2.0 ($549.00) are the best 2 or 4 bike rack system money can buy. It will make traveling with your bikes easy and safe. The NV 2.0 comes with a bike stand, whereas the base does not. These bike racks have a lifetime warranty! The 2 bike add-on will ONLY fit the 2 inch version. It comes with a locking hitch pin and a hand tightening cam system to secure it to your vehicle. They have an integrated locking system built-in to lock your bikes up. Fat bike compatible. There is also a foot lever to raise or lower your rack.
2.) The Kuat Sherpa 2.0 ($489.00) is a great easy to use bike rack. It only comes in a 2 bike setup. They make a 2 inch version as well as a 1 ¼ inch version. It comes with a locking hitch pin, as well as a cable lock for your bikes. There is a hand tightening cam system to secure it to your vehicle. It’s only 32lbs, lightweight aluminum design. Will not fit a fat tire bike. There is also a foot lever to raise or lower the rack. Use the box to steady the rack for installation.
3.) The Kuat Transfer 2 ($289.00) and Kuat Transfer 3 ($389.00) bike racks are simple but affordable and easy to use bike rack. Not as fancy as NV 2.0 or Sherpa, but certainly gets the job done for the price. Locking systems sold separately. Will fit 2” and 1 ¼” hitches. Compatible with fat tire bikes, and will fit between 20”-29” tires. Installation can be tricky, so read the manual.
